We are looking for a customer service-oriented People & Culture (HR) Generalist to join our team! This is a true Generalist role that will draw on experience in all facets of HR (or, as we call it, People & Culture) knowledge. The Generalist provides administrative support to the People & Culture Manager in development, coordination, and application of HR policies and procedures. This role is the primary plant contact regarding payroll & benefits, general HR inquiries, and recruitment/staffing—so making and sustaining a great first impression is a must!
Primary Responsibilities:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Salary range for this role is $70,500 to $85,400 DOE
